How should I store my chocolate?
For the best quality and experience, keep your chocolate sealed and stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
We do not recommend refrigerating your chocolate, as changes in temperature and moisture can affect its texture and overall quality.
How do you ship chocolate during warm weather?
Chocolate is temperature-sensitive, so we take extra care when shipping during warmer months.
We strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping with ice packs whenever temperatures are high or your order is traveling to a warm destination. Priority Shipping may spend additional time in transit and carries a greater risk of melting.
Because weather and carrier conditions are outside of our control once an order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee against melting when Priority Shipping is selected.
How long does shipping take?
