FTU bars are tempered to up to 90 degrees to help preserve consistency and shape. The bars  are best stored at room temperature, but can be refrigerated in a low-zero moisture compartment. Do not put in freezer.Â
FTU ships our gourmet chocolate all over The Universe. Â All packages are carefully wrapped will be provided with a tracking number. Please refer to your tracking information for estimated delivery. In the rare instance a package is lost, and a claim is filled; we will do our best to replace or refund your purchase when the claim is closed. We always urge and recommend Express shipping to a location where the climate is above 82 degrees. FTU is not responsible for packages left unattended in the heat or mail courier delays.
